Hal Kassoff

Hal Kassoff has 47 years of professional experience and is responsible for exploring ways to advance the state-of-the-art in emerging highway-related practice areas. He has led the development and delivered countless seminars and workshops on sustainable highways and context-sensitive solutions, and for eight years served as an instructor for AASHTO-sponsored management seminars delivered to state DOTs. Mr. Kassoff was with the Maryland DOT for 25 years, serving for 12 years as State Highway Administrator.
