Roddy Boggus

Roddy Boggus is Parsons Brinckerhoff’s National Aviation Director and Global Market Leader. He is responsible for managing the firm’s planning,engineering, and construction services for airports nationwide, including construction management services on the $6.8 billion modernization program at O’Hare International Airport in Chicago and the program management for a multi-billion dollar development program for the two airports serving Washington, DC. With over 20 years of experience, he has been involved with airport planning, design, and construction projects on behalf of both the airline industry and airport operators throughout the United States, Europe, Latin America, South America, the Middle East, and Africa.
